This service is designed for those who need an investor grade business plan, but choose not to do it themselves. It is not however, a "Hands-Off" approach. We believe that 'Your Plan' can only be created with YOUR involvement. Our process is intense, thorough and highly collaborative. OUR COLLABORATIVE APPROACH allows us to capture the essence of you, your vision and your goals. We will then translate that into a complete, clear, concise Strategic Plan.

OUR TEAM APPROACH allows you and your dedicated FranSynergy Business Planning Consultant to work with our team of business topic experts. Accountants will be working with your financials, marketing experts on your marketing strategies, technology professionals advising on tech related issues, and a 'Wordsmith' crafting the final message.

  MANAGEMENT ... What Knowledge, Skills and Abilities do you and your team possess that will contribute to your success? How will your and/or your franchisor offset any weaknesses?
  CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS, REPAYMENT TERMS ... How much operating capital do you need? How will this money be repaid?
  FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS ... including complete and accurate cash flow projections, pro forma financial statements, marketing and sales costs, taxes, royalties, etc...
  SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS
Your FranSynergy produced Strategic Business Plan will integrate all of the above items into a clear, concise, and consistent message. You will receive:
  • 10 professionally bound copies, plus
  • the entire plan on CD, and
  • a copy of Ultimate Business Planner so that you can maintain your business plan.
